I am committed to helping clients overcome negative issues and emerge from therapy empowered to reach their full potential. Whether you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem or relationship issues, therapy can help eliminate feelings of shame and guilt and increase positive self-image. Eradicating negative thought processes can help you regain a sense of self-control. My non-judgmental, humanistic approach to both individual and relationship sessions will make the most difficult step of "starting" much easier. I am presently accepting new individuals and couples for therapy. I look forward to working with you.

"The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. Beautiful people do not just happen." - (Elizabeth Kubler Ross)
