Hi and welcome to my practice.  I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years.  I obtained my Master’s Degree in counseling in 2009 and I am trained in mental health counseling and clinically trained in psychotherapy. I work primarily with individuals, helping them address diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, addiction, feeling overwhelmed/overstressed, as well as other issues living in today’s hectic world may cause.

I am also a Level II trained EMDR therapist and use EMDR to assist clients who may be experiencing Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  I am in the final stages of becoming a Certified Trauma Therapist and am an active member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals.  I work to help clients address and process traumatic memories and experiences to help them obtain a more peaceful, happy life.

 

​Session cost $100 to $135 per session (based on frequency of services)
